August 5, 2013 To our phenomenal Designers, First-wave Kit Designers: Necklace forms will be shipping to those who have their kits on August 12. We apologize that these were not included in kits; we did not want to delay shipment of these kits any longer. Thank you, again, for all of your help on the websites and back office. Your patience and feedback have been tremendously helpful in getting the sites ready to take on another thousand Designers, which will happen in just a few short weeks. The feedback button should now be working, so please continue to send us your suggestions. Second-wave Kit Designers: Kits are still scheduled to ship in a few weeks. Websites will go live on the day cards are charged, and the kits will ship out in the days following. We will send out an email 5 days prior to charging your cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your kit charge, please contact customer support at 1-877-831-7111, or support@mialisia.com. Everyone: The last date to get the Complete Fashion Event Kit at $499 is this Tuesday, August 6th at 11:59 pm. At that time, the early enrollment discount will no longer be available, and the kits will be priced at $599. The kit contents will not change, however, so the kits will still be valued at $1600. Orders for discounted or free items—earned through the success of a Fashion Event—do  not count toward Qualifying Volume (which counts toward rank achievements) or Commissionable Volume (which counts toward your downline commission payments.) Additionally, Fashionista and Designer coupons apply to the retail price per item, not your 65% wholesale price. You have 10 days left to get $150 of free jewelry when you enroll for our leadership conference. Purchase or rent a raffle wheel. Sure you may give away $100-$200 in giveaways but look at picture #2 which shows literally women waiting in line 30+ min and backed up around the corner just for a handful of gum/candy. Imagine doing this for 4 days and requiring each person before they spin the wheel to sign up for your monthly newsletters. We have lists 1000+ from just this simple idea. One show we actually went to local businesses and franchises and got them to donate coupons and things...free hamburger, free ice cream cone, buy one get one free, etc. Many corporations have a marketing budget for donations and would love the opportunity to have someone hand out their coupons and indirectly get free advertising. Win-win-win

 The line for this raffle was 30 min. of a wait and I counted at one time over 48 women standing in line (after walking an entire huge convention hall)

 Here was one of our 10x10 booths and how we displayed and hung the jewelry. Then we had inventory of our best selling items in plastic totes with lids and labels.

Here is just a small sample of the beads that we used to make the jewelry of our former company. This represents about 1/20th of what we have. Anyone wanna buy beads? Find a wholesale bead buyer to buy it all and I will give 20% commission to you :) This represents probably $50K retail of beads that I am selling for $20K since we are not hand-making the jewelry anymore and I want to get ride of the inventory. 

Just a sample of jewelry inventory. We built a simple wood structure from 2x4s and then used hooks that slide in between the slats and it held an enormous amount of necklace inventory. We also had similar (bit smaller) displays on wheels that could be easily transported.  

More ways we stored the jewelry inventory. Note we are unpacking so our floor is normally seen and not an obstacle course. Now our family room with 6 kids is another story as far as organizing and ability to see the floor at any given time.

We are hours before our official launch....you may sit there and have doubts and fears....wondering if you will have the success you desire. Wondering if you are ready for this race. Wondering if you can do it. Wondering if you will have the time to grow a business. Wondering if you will have the strength and power to overcome your Goliath....whatever that is. Maybe that is this direct sales business. Maybe that is a trial in your personal life. Maybe it is in a struggling relationship with a spouse, a child, or parent. Maybe you are excited but scared. You know that others can do this, but can "you". My promise is that if you do your part, and your team does their part, and I do my part....then we ought to have confidence knowing that the Lord ALWAYS does his part. Here is the secret not found in the newly released training manual. Here is how you will have strength to not just enter the race, but to finish it and to finish on top...for nothing can soar higher than that of an eagle. Here is your promise:

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

May I humbly admit that there is nothing more inspiring than the heart and love and determined daughter of God of which all you women are! You have genes of greatness in you. I believe in you! You can do this. You can push through life's challenges! I know life is hard. My family has gone thru our fair share of crap too. We wanted to give up too. We lost most hope too at times. Just this week I had our septic tank go out and our backyard was filled with crap. The sight and smell was horrible. The smell was strong even within our home. I already had a wife who threw up at the smell of pickles and ice cream and had been bed-bound and curled in the fetal position for 5 weeks and so sick from pregnancy that she had been in and out of the emergency room multiple times. She cant hold anything down. She cant read or watch TV so she stares at the wall hour after hour. Add to that no income really for 3 months while we have been preparing for this launch. Think of the financial strain that puts on a family. I could list 10 more pages of trials the Nabrotzky's have been blessed with over the last 12 months.  I will be honest that a few days ago when we found out that one of our tiny twin babies had passed away...it made my heart sink. I looked up to heaven and cried wondering when there can be some relief for my sweet Trisha. I feel so helpless to lift her burdens. We thought we were being tested beyond our strength or ability to cope. But somehow....in some heavenly way...we are strengthened...we are lifted....we are prayed for...and prayers are answered in their own way

I am reminded that we YOU can do this. We can do all things with the Lord!! All things! That means we can endure trials, that means we can pursue worthwhile business pursuits with success. That means that you women can be lifted up and strengthened as individuals, daughters, mothers, wifes, etc. Let's get thru life's refiner together and do something special for our families and those around us and something special 

.....within us!!

For the Strength of Women...Our Mialisia Journey

Jugglers throwing things in the air....funny faces...lion growls...little ones being thrown in the air...cotton candy stained faces...screams and sighs from the on-lookers....

Did you have an image of a CIRCUS...OR...the average day in the Nabrotzky household of 8? Normal family...normal career...normal life....well......amidst others in the same chaos, I guess we all seem normal. 

Trish and I are embarking on a journey together. Taking a business from a small room in our home and trying to get this unique and patented product into homes across America starting this summer 2013. We want to share our successes and failures...ups and downs...in hopes that others can learn from this experience as well. Our business model is aimed at hiring women who want to earn some extra cash by explaining this interchangeable jewelry concept via home parties. We are accepting applications now and will be capping our team to the first 500 women during our pre-launch phase for those wanting to be a part of something ground-floor! We hope that this blog will be a melting pot of other women's experiences as well as who are pursuing their dreams whether at home or in a career or other capacity. May we all be inspired to learn, grow, and achieve greatness!! Our story thus far has not been "easy" nor will it eventually be. This has been our experience thus far. Can you relate this to life?:

Our dreams are based on the belief system and encouragement from parents and true friends that we can be anything we want to be.

When a woman is brought up with that motivation the sky is the limit! It meant opportunities were limitless. Is it a coincidence that our company slogan is "Endless Possibilities"?

The true American Dream is all about opportunity for success and living independently doing the things you want to do. It isn't about money or material things. We look forward to sharing and hearing many great real like stories in the months and years ahead and hope it will be an inspiration and a STRENGTH FOR WOMEN EVERYWHERE!!!
